PWB Lawyers is a family law firm in Hobart, led by directors Ros Courtney and Emma Daniels. Family law is all we practise.
We work with you to understand your circumstances and find a way forward that fits your situation. Our advice takes account of the other party’s willingness to negotiate, any family violence, and the approach taken by the other party and their lawyer. We also work with you to identify the evidence needed to support our recommendations.
Our lawyers advise on all aspects of family law, including parenting arrangements, property settlements, spousal maintenance, divorce, child support and binding financial agreements. We negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where proceedings are needed.
PWB Lawyers has practised in Hobart since 1936.
